Fatema Husain-Patel was born on the east coast and moved to Houston at an early age. Prior to her 3-year career in the real estate industry, Fatema passionately served the greater Houston community in the healthcare field as a Certified Medical Assistant and the Houston Health Department's Vaccine Educator. With 2 years of experience working at the Harris County Appraisal District as a residential appraiser, Fatema brings to the table a success record of obtaining more than $10 million in property tax savings, having presented over 6,000 hearings as a property tax consultant. Along with her zealousness and dedication to serve the community, Fatema carries the insight and judgement to facilitate the protest needs of property owners. Fatema has earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with a minor in International Business from the University of Houston- Downtown and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Texas Woman's University. Fatema is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
